Description

This production line is located in South Africa. It is a production line with one debarker machine and two peeling machines. The log is 2.8 meters long. After being cut into two 1.4-meter pieces by the saw, they enter the debarker machine respectively. After rounded , it is cut into the peeling machine after being sawed two end. Considering the local conditions, we use the step-loading method for the chopping saw feeder, and the chain feeding method for the debarker machine and peeling machine. This production line can be operated unmanned, and only 3 workers are needed for the entire production line.
